Hi again....here is another Transformers from my collection...its the Ultimate Bumblebee from the 2007 Transformers movie. This is the first Transformers figures that I got when I started studying here...back then it cost around 90 quid...Im glad that I got this figure early as over the years it was quite hard to find this figure until the Ultimate Bumblebee from the 2nd movie came out....
Very nice packaging as shown in the picture above....I like the chrome Autobot logo on the top right hand side of the package...You can see very clearly the actual figure from the clear plastic on the packaging...even though I have not taken out this figure from the box, I can see clearly the amazing detailing that this figure has and it was worth every penny spending on it...This figure comes with a couple of phrases and sounds with light up features....at first I was planning to also get the Ultimate Bumblebee from the Revenge of the Fallen toyline...however i decided not to as there are only quite a number of differences between the two...plus this coming from the first movie in my opinion makes it quite special hehe..Looking from the picture below, the actual figure looks a bit bulkier then the one in the pictures...however nonetheless quite happy with this figure...
Anyways im facing a bit of a dilemma at the moment heheh....I have a few choices of 12 inch figures that I want to purchase...however I only want to buy one hehheh...its quite difficult to decide...my last option is not to buy another 12 inch figure up till July and concentrate on other stuff ehehhe...

GI Joe Classic Collections...

Hello again...this is what arrived in the mail about two weeks ago...it is a GI Joe Classic Collection Historical Commanders, General Colin L. Powell. To those of you who do not know who he is, he is the former US Secretary of State under the Bush era...anyways enough of politics...this is one among the five figures released under the Historical Commanders toyline which was released in 1997 if I am not mistaken...
This figure is the fourth figure in the series of five which also included, General Omar N. Bradley, General George Patton, General Dwight Eisenhower and General George Washington. The packaging, although not up to standards to that of Hot Toys, I have to admit that it is not too bad really...I particularly like the colour scheme that they used on the packaging with the 4 Star General symbol hiding a velcro type seal under it...The man himself on the cover...The picture showing the figure...the manufactures adopted the classic "GI Joe" look for this figure as I read on wikipedia that this was their aim when they released it, to make it look like the figures way back in the 60s.Details on what comes with the figure...its not really this much, as most of them already come attach with the figure...Opening the front cover will show a picture of Powell himself with a summarised story about his life...The actual figure...heheh the figure looks as if it is petrified...plus the uniform has been put on to make him look a bit scruffy ehhee...The stand that comes with the figure is designed to accommodate two flags and the General Patch that comes in a box with the figure...Nice detailing on the name tag..Classic look yo...hehehee....

Harry Potter Die-Cast vehicles..

Hello again...this time I would like to share with you my die-cast Harry Potter vehicle collection by Corgi. Corgi is a brand that has been established a long time ago and they usually specialize in making vehicle models from movies and television shows, they have done various James Bond vehicles, The Golden Compass and Thunderbirds to name a few...and they sure didnt disappoint in making these vehicles from the Harry Potter movie franchise...
First up, we got Mr. Weasley's Ford Anglia that appeared in the Harry Potter Chamber of Secrets movie...one particular famous scene was when Harry and Ron were driving or flying it to Hogwarts when they couldnt get pass the platform 9 3/4 barrier...this vehicle comes with Harry Potter and Ron Weasley figures...Among the three vehicles, I like this the most. Corgi made a terrific job on its detailing from the rusting appearing on the paintjob to the detail of Ron's broken wand...although the figures cant be placed in the car itself, I find nothing wrong with this model...The second model that we have is the Knight Bus, the famous triple decker purple coloured bus from the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban movie...Although the model is so simple, the detailing on it somehow makes it exclusive....you can see parts of the interior of this model, a number of beds can be seen similar to that in the movie...Last but not least is the Hogwart's express...this particular vehicle have appeared in all the movies so far...While I got the Ford Anglia and the Knight bus way back in 2007, only this year Ive got this particular vehicle...one of the main reasons was the quite relatively high price comparing to the two other models always seemed to put me off...but thankfully I was patient and was rewarded with this vehicle at more than half price...It would have been nice for this model to include some of the cabins and not just the steam train and the coal container, but none the less quite satisfied with this vehicle...For those of you who remember the movie, this train always departs on platform 9 3/4 at King's Cross Station in London. Hehe surprise surprise platform 9 3/4 does actually exist which is like a kind of tourist attraction for Harry Potter fans heheh...
Anyways till next time....happy collecting...:)

Here is another Transformers from my collection...its another Soundwave...and this Soundwave is from the music label Transformers. This Soundwave is in the Blaster black version. I got this for a very good price at a local toys store during the summer holidays.
Ive always wanted this version of Soundwave, and when I saw it was in stock, I didnt think twice and bought it straight away. The amazing thing about this figure is that it actually is a Mp3 player and at the same time not losing its ability to be transformed. I dont really know whether it plays music as well as normal Mp3 players. The picture above shows the Soundwave in its transformed form...Ive actually taken out this figure from the box, and transformed it, but I dont know for some reason I didnt take any pictures of it hehhe....the transformation process was pretty simple but the detailing on the figure is quite excellent..The figure comes with weapons that usually comes with Soundwave in its normal toy form. I like the combination of the colors for the figure. To Transformers fan, I recommend you to get this figure if you get the chance...well worth it...

Hello...Just want to share with you all another one of my Transformers in my collection. This time its Optimus Prime from Transformers Cybertron. This is one of my favorite Optimus figures because it simply looks awesome both in robot and vehicle mode.
Got this Optimus two years ago from Amazon.co.uk at a relatively bargain price for a leader class Transformers. Overall the figure is in excellent condition, the only thing that disappointed me was the packaging...the item was said to be new and mint condition, however the packaging did have some minor wear on the edges and some other parts. For me the packaging is one of the things that I find really important as I tend to display them with the packaging.Anyways with the slight damage in packaging, I am considering of taking this figure out of the box and displaying it hehehe but I guess Im going to have to wait for going back to Brunei as it will be much easier for transporting with the box as taking it out will make it more fragile. To sum up, from the pictures on the back packaging this is one awesome looking Optimus Prime. I might consider in collecting a few more Optimus Primes hehehe...Ebay..here I come heheh...
