Proud to be a Bruneian part 2...

This post has nothing to do with any of the stuff that I have in my collection. I found this magazine at a magazine store at the town center. This magazine is called Airliner World and is basically all the news and updates in the aviation world today. Though I have a thing for airplanes, I never had the initiative to buy this magazine apart from the first issue that I bought way back in 2007. What attracted me on the November 2009 issue is the front cover...It is our very own Royal Brunei Airlines, where it says "Royal Brunei, Flying Palaces". I am really proud that our own airline has been chosen to be the cover and the main story for this issue. Inside the magazine there are pages that cover the story on our national carrier as told by one of the former Pilot working with Royal Brunei Airlines. He basically explained about the growth of RBA ever since it was established in 1974 starting with two Boeing 737s. Accompanying the story is a couple of pictures of the airline from its first aircraft to the current aircrafts that are in service..anyways enjoy the pics and be proud as a Bruneian:)
The front cover...
The Airbus A319
The old boeing 757, the picture of the cabin crew in the earlier years, the boeing 767 being leased to Algerie Airlines...
The Boeing 767-300ER, the main aircraft in service at the moment...
More pictures, including the old Fokker aircraft...

I am a Malaysian but grew up in Brunei and stayed in B.S.B for 17 years. Now I am in Singapore. I may go back to Brunei next year as I have relatives and friends there :)
